
RCAF Future Fighter Capability — Maintenance & Sustainment Support
The Department of National Defence (DND), on behalf of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), is seeking proposals for a comprehensive maintenance and sustainment support contract for the Future Fighter Capability (FFC) aircraft fleet. This contract will cover all in-service support activities including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, supply chain management, technical data management, and training support.
The successful contractor will be required to establish and maintain a network of maintenance facilities across Canada, with primary hubs at CFB Cold Lake (Alberta) and CFB Bagotville (Quebec). The contract includes provisions for Canadian Industrial Benefits (CIB) and Indigenous Business requirements in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
Security requirements include a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level and personnel security clearances at RELIABILITY STATUS or higher, as specified in the Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL).
